Parts of our driveway were over 50 years old, and had been added to and patched over the years. It was breaking and settling, becoming unsightly and creating trip hazards. It was beyond any kind of repair. Holly was respectful of our budget and gave us a quote for replacing all or just the part that was the real problem. We opted for a partial replacement, leaving the "OK" part. No sales pressure. They scheduled around our Christmas schedule, and communicated well through a couple of weather related reschedules. The crew that came out were courteous and also kept us informed. I could tell that they were working conscientiously and didn't seem to be hurried. Everything went well except the color of crack filler did not match my driveway concrete color, which I had expected to match. We had about 30 feet of walkway and a part of our driveway sloping toward our house. During heavy rain the water will run against the walls and there were signs of erosion. Our driveway is steep, and the concrete slaps had settled over time, causing very noticeable differences between one slab and the next (thump/bump). The five year old driveway to my garage has eight sections, the settling caused the sections to be a different heights as well as some cracking. At the garage door the settling of that section had dropped over two inches. Concrete fixers leveled and raised all sections, then filled all the joints with a flexible sealant. We had a front porch with brick pavers that had been sinking over the last 30 years. It had dropped about 1-1/4 inches.and become a trip hazzard. Don and another technician came out and expressed concerns from the beginning which left me a little worried about damage that might be caused to the sidewall of the porch. They were very careful taking it little by little in different areas while keeping a close watch on the side wall. In the end they did a fantastic job and there was no damage to the sidewall. Less

He was in a large box truck, which was filled with custom equipment. He began the repair process and did not mind me hanging out to view the process. After an hour or a little more, Donnie had my drive level to where it was originally. Once complete, he took time to clean the work area thoroughly.
