We have had CJ abd his team do numerous jobs for us at our home. The most significant was first a bathroom remodel and significant repairs to our ground floor after Hurricane Helene flooding. CJ and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone has great design ideas, they pay attention to detail and execute the work with care and precision. They ask for input from us wherever necessary and always leave the site cleaned and tidy each evening before leaving for the night. They will always be my go to contractors!

We first hired CJ almost 4 years ago to design, remodel and convert a mother-in-law suite into a master bedroom with bathroom on a house in Dunedin. The original suite was an addition built in 1970s onto a house that was built in 1955. Lots of issues and obstacles to overcome (extensive mold, walls that needed to be torn out, structural work over etc). CJ’s ideas and vision for our master bedroom/bath were both creative & innovative, and his execution was outstanding. I have attached a few pictures of the finished rooms but they don’t fully do the remodel justice. He designed and constructed a beautiful outdoor shower area for us, and came up with some very creative ideas for closet & storage space, while imbuing a style that matched our vision (clean & modern, comfortable & practical). He has also completed some other work for us over the years, including design & installation of a beautiful outdoor fly that provides shade for our patio, and we still rely on him as a resource for other ongoing house projects & repairs. I recommend CJ and his crew for all of your remodel needs without hesitation.
