The ladies at Dynamic Wellness are a joy. I really love how supportive they have been throughout the process of changing both my diet and exercise habits to help me naturally lose weight. This is not a place that gives "immediate" results, but it is a place that gives you the tools to succeed and the support to get through the tough moments. The red light sessions are incredibly soothing in and of themselves. Honestly if you're willing to put some effort into making a slow but steady and what I've found to be a very healthy form of weight loss I would definitely recommend trying this place out.

I have been going to Dynamic Wellness since October of last year. I absolutely love it there! I have learned a lot about nutrition and a diet that helps with inflammation, and continue to learn. I lost 30 lbs in the first two months. The ladies are amazing and I feel at home when I am there. The benefits of everything they offer are truly amazing, from the red light therapy and infrared sauna to the peptides and herbal supplements they offer. My life has truly changed for the better since I found them, I am truly grateful.

I was amazed at the transformation of my body in just 8 weeks. My tight pants now fit comfortably. I even had to get rid of several pair because they were way too big. I did this after losing weight and finding that my elasticity and firmness has definitely taken a leave of absence lol. Age related, as well as diet and exercise off and on over the years does indeed take it's toll. However, I'm in the middle of my 6 week therapy and so far the results are noticeable. I will update upon completion but I can stand behind red light therapy since I've used for other therapies/treatments. Maribeth is knowledgeable, genuine and qualified. She's invested in community health, is down to earth and sweet. Looking forward to the end results...

I really loved it! Mary was friendly and thoroughly explained the procedure. It was pleasant and relaxing and so very easy. I never thought that loosing a couple of inches could be so easy and fun!
