⭐️⭐️My experience with this soccer team was very disappointing. We arrived specifically for my son’s tryout, and they were aware that we were coming, yet the attention we received was practically nonexistent.We felt completely ignored, and no one took the time to approach us, provide guidance, or explain what we were supposed to do or where we needed to go. When a family brings their child to a tryout with excitement and enthusiasm, the least they should receive is proper communication, organization, and respectful customer service.I understand that things can get busy and that unexpected situations can happen, but completely ignoring a family who arrived for a scheduled activity leaves a very negative impression.I hope the organization improves its communication and customer service, especially when working with children and families who are trusting them with an important part of their child’s experience in sports.
