Absolutely love this place, it's been an absolute game changer in my life. As a person who has loathed gyms and since terrible experiences in my early 20's, and who hasn't stepped foot in one for over 30 years since, it is an absolute joy to have discovered such a welcoming and supportive space. At Claire Adams you'll find women of all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities, no judgement, and nothing but good vibes. The set up of no more than 6 per class (averaging around 4 I'd say) you get just the right amount of attention, the trainers are excellent and know just when to push you and when to back off and let you get on with it, a rare skill! When I first signed up my goal was all about weight loss, and it's been endlessly fascinating to me that within 3 months I couldn't have cared less about that particular metric, it's all about what my body can do now, and feeling strong in myself, both mentally and physically! My work is very demanding, it can be very stressful and I often need to be on my feet for 14 to 16 hour days, and since joining C.A.T.H I've noticed that not only do I have more endurance, but my recovery time is so much shorter (I used to have to essentially have to take to my bed the day after, but no longer!). And most importantly I'm much kinder to myself now, so much more accepting, and everyone in my family tells me that I even hold myself differently. I couldn't recommend Claire Adams Total Health highly enough!
