Update 24/06/26. We had an issue with our gas ducted heating, Curtis was able to have one of the team attend within 24 hours to diagnose the problem. In the end the over 20 year old heater needed to be replaced. Curtis was able to have our new heater installed in 4 days. I can highly recommend the team at Melbourne Gas and air for any issues you might have. Excellent customer service and very professional in their installations. Curtis couldn't have made it any easier. i encourage anyone who needs a service, new heater or cooler to give them a call and support local business. we will see them again when it's time for our annual service. Thanks again Melbourne Gas and Air.... Thank you for your prompt and professional service. We had issues with the pump on our evaporative cooler the week before Xmas. Curtis was able to arrange to have a look at it straight away. Once he diagnosed the problem, he ordered the parts and was back to install a new pump and pads ASAP.Curtis showed us photos of the before and after he carried out the work.Cooler is working and looking as good as new. I can't recommend Melbourne Gas and Air more highly. From prompt, clear communication to tradesman who did their work with skill and efficiency, I could not fault their service. An after installation hiccup was dealt with quickly and our new evaporative cooler is working like a dream. We would definitely call on Melb Gas and Air again.
