I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent appointment for an ADU consultation. The scheduled appointment was set for Friday, and the day before our meeting, I received a text message and an email from NexGen Remodeling & Building Inc. to confirm the appointment, to which I promptly replied to both.However, on the day of the appointment, neither a representative nor a courtesy call informing me of any delays or issues was received. My family and I waited for over an hour before I decided to reach out via text message. It was only then that I was informed that the appointment needed to be rescheduled for another day.As a potential customer, this experience has raised concerns for me. Missing a scheduled appointment without any prior notice is unprofessional and reflects poorly on your company. As the saying goes, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression."I believe it is crucial for a business to honor its commitments and respect the time of its clients. I hope that steps will be taken to ensure that such oversights do not happen again in the future.
