I have had 2 treatments done now, the deluxe head spa 1.5 hour treatment.I booked in for a second one after having a nice experience the first time. The second experience was on a new level. Jasmine was amazing, so professional, so caring and amazing the work she was doing.Highly recommend Soak Haus if you need a pamper. I will be going back to Jasmine for my next treatment.

Wow.. where do I even begin.. I have had many many spa treatments, hair treatments, massages, you name it- iv had it! But nothing compares to the experience I received today at Soak Haus Cheltenham. From the moment I walk in I was greeted with friendly staff which is rare nowadays. I felt like I was in a luxury resort. Thank you to the amazing girls that took care of me today I will DEFINITELY be rebooking asap!!! The results speak for themselves.

I had a 40-minute sensory experience with Evelyn, and I loved how she listened to everything I asked for. I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life. I highly recommend trying this treatment with her.It truly takes you back to those moments when your mum used to scratch your back until you fell asleep—but this time, it’s elevated by a professional. Evelyn amplifies that feeling a hundred times over with her precision and gentle touch.It’s like ASMR—but instead of sound, it’s touch. This was my first ever experience doing a head spa after sooo long in wanting one. I was blown away just from walking into my treatment room. I had the deluxe 90minute experience with the hand and foot additional massage, and wow absolutely stunning experience. Sensory heaven. I had the privilege of being looked after by jade, what a superstar she was, I will absolutely be back and coming to see jade again. Thank you so much soak haus.

This morning I had my very first experience having the Deluxe Head Spa! I had no idea what I was instore for but it was beyond blissful. Alex was amazing and put me in such a relaxed state, all my tension just melted away! The products used smelt divine. I had the most relaxing experience, I kept thinking "I don't want this to end" and seriously it didn't. What an amazing gift to be given. I left feeling just incredible. I had heard incredible things about Soak Haus and knew I had to check it out. Being a beauty therapist myself I am always open to new treatments and experiences but know that it comes down to the therapist and their talent.I was so lucky to have the very skilled Jude as my therapist and the level of nurturing and intuitive understanding she has was absolutely incredible. She did a thorough consult and was happy to make any alterations to the treatment that was needed.I genuinely felt cared for and could tell that she prides herself in her job and I believe she is a true asset..Thank you for your beautiful treatment, it was a truly relaxing experience
