I had the most amazing experience! The head spa was absolutely phenomenal and I enjoyed every minute of it. Evelin was so lovely, professional and attentive. She made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole treatment.My hair feels incredibly soft and clean, like a baby’s hair, and I left feeling so refreshed and relaxed. You can really tell that Evelin takes pride in what she does and genuinely cares about her clients.My mum also had a full body massage and she absolutely loved it! She was very happy with the treatment and said she felt so relaxed and refreshed afterwards.Thank you so much, Evelin, for such a beautiful experience for both of us. Wow! What an incredible experience! This was my first time trying a treatment like this, and I was beyond excited. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely receptionist (I wish I had caught her name!). Then, I met the amazing Hong, she was absolutely wonderful. I had the Signature Deluxe Head Spa treatment, and I can’t recommend it enough. It was pure tranquility!

Last Friday on an evening where I didn’t know if my mind and body would relax. I stepped in to Soak Haus Cheltenham and met with my therapist Soniya. I sipped on some herbal tea and filled out the client form. The shop front is quite deceiving, as when I was guided to the room it was extremely spacious and the cleanliness was evident straight away. Sonia was extremely professional and discussed the treatment and products that would be best suited, tailored to my hair and scalp. The room was absolutely beautiful. The Japanese head spa bed was set out with fresh cosy linen and a faux fur blanket and leg cushion for extra comfort. Within no time I was transported to a place of relaxation. One and half hours later was the perfect amount of time and I could have slept there that how relaxed I was lol. Thank you again !!

I've tried massages, saunas, spas, float tanks etc... But this was hands down the BEST self care experience a Mum could wish for! Shout out to Soniya who was the therapist I was booked in with. If you need to relax & recharge give Soak Haus a go for a Japanese Headspa. Very luxe 10/10

Honestly one of, if not the best treatment I’ve had at any day spa. I had the deluxe head spa and a hand and foot massage with Amrita, and she was very lovely, knowledgeable and made the experience amazing and relaxing and she also wasn’t pushy with products, just let me know what she used. Was given a birthday voucher and decided to upgrade to a Soak and Glow (A facial and head spa treatment). Jade was incredible, she has magic hands! It was the most luxurious, relaxing experience. Definitely go early to find suitable parking, as recommended in the booking details.

Well that was an incredible experience. It was a gift from my beautiful children and I thought it was a hair wash. It was so much more. I had the signature deluxe head spa that was 90 mins of pure relaxation. My therapist was Soraya and she was fabulous. Totally recommend this as a way to escape the world. Thank you, I shall be back. I had the Deluxe Head Spa treatment with Amrita and it was honestly such a relaxing experience. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole appointment feel incredibly comfortable and calming. As a night shift nurse I struggle to properly switch off after a few shifts in a row, but this was heaven, I felt so relaxed I could have fallen asleep. My hair also feels absolutely amazingly soft afterwards - you can tell the products used are of a high quality. Highly recommend if you need some proper self-care, relaxation and hair rejuvenation. I have had 2 treatments done now, the deluxe head spa 1.5 hour treatment.I booked in for a second one after having a nice experience the first time. The second experience was on a new level. Jasmine was amazing, so professional, so caring and amazing the work she was doing.Highly recommend Soak Haus if you need a pamper. I will be going back to Jasmine for my next treatment.

I had a 40-minute sensory experience with Evelyn, and I loved how she listened to everything I asked for. I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life.
