Well that was an incredible experience. It was a gift from my beautiful children and I thought it was a hair wash. It was so much more. I had the signature deluxe head spa that was 90 mins of pure relaxation. My therapist was Soraya and she was fabulous. Totally recommend this as a way to escape the world. Thank you, I shall be back. I had the Deluxe Head Spa treatment with Amrita and it was honestly such a relaxing experience. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and made the whole appointment feel incredibly comfortable and calming. As a night shift nurse I struggle to properly switch off after a few shifts in a row, but this was heaven, I felt so relaxed I could have fallen asleep. My hair also feels absolutely amazingly soft afterwards - you can tell the products used are of a high quality. Highly recommend if you need some proper self-care, relaxation and hair rejuvenation. I have had 2 treatments done now, the deluxe head spa 1.5 hour treatment.I booked in for a second one after having a nice experience the first time. The second experience was on a new level. Jasmine was amazing, so professional, so caring and amazing the work she was doing.Highly recommend Soak Haus if you need a pamper. I will be going back to Jasmine for my next treatment.

Wow.. where do I even begin.. I have had many many spa treatments, hair treatments, massages, you name it- iv had it! But nothing compares to the experience I received today at Soak Haus Cheltenham. From the moment I walk in I was greeted with friendly staff which is rare nowadays. I felt like I was in a luxury resort. I had a 40-minute sensory experience with Evelyn, and I loved how she listened to everything I asked for. I’ve never felt so relaxed in my life. This was my first ever experience doing a head spa after sooo long in wanting one. I was blown away just from walking into my treatment room. I had the deluxe 90minute experience with the hand and foot additional massage, and wow absolutely stunning experience. Sensory heaven. This morning I had my very first experience having the Deluxe Head Spa! I had no idea what I was instore for but it was beyond blissful. Alex was amazing and put me in such a relaxed state, all my tension just melted away! The products used smelt divine. I had the most relaxing experience, I kept thinking "I don't want this to end" and seriously it didn't. What an amazing gift to be given. I left feeling just incredible. Being a beauty therapist myself I am always open to new treatments and experiences but know that it comes down to the therapist and their talent.I was so lucky to have the very skilled Jude as my therapist and the level of nurturing and intuitive understanding she has was absolutely incredible. Had my treatment Soak & Glow was absolutely amazing with Evelyn started with the facial which was so relaxing and then went onto the headspa wow wow never had anything like it what a feeling absolute bliss cannot wait to treat myself again and Evelyn was so lovely too 🥰. The only negative thing I would say where it is located on Nepean Highway room 1 where I had my facial you could hear the traffic and car parking is not easy to find .
