We've dealt with many different pest control companies, but none have been as attentive or as professional as SLE. We can't recommend them enough, they go above and beyond to help in any way they can but obviously the important thing is how they deal with the pest issue and it's all been dealt with in a timely, efficient way.They are a pleasure to deal with as they are friendly and they explain everything to you and empathise with the issue.If we ever need a pest control company I know we're choosing SLE.

I’ve dealt with a few pest control companies in the past, and unfortunately, some can be quite rude or dismissive, making you feel like your concerns aren’t taken seriously.James from SLE Environmental is the complete opposite. From the moment he arrived he was polite, friendly, and genuinely took the time to understand the situation. He was thorough and professional. He got the job done all while explaining exactly what he was doing.It’s clear he cares about both his work and his customers which makes a huge difference. I’ve never felt rushed or dismissed and he even offered helpful advice to prevent future problems.Honestly I can’t recommend James and SLE Environmental enough! Brilliant service from James at SLE Environmental.James came out today, James set up humane rat traps in line with environmental guidelines, and laid out a clear plan to remove the mice intruders safely. He was punctual, tidy, and thorough. Communication was excellent, James kindly called ahead, explained everything plainly, and checked in with me one-to-one throughout.Thank you James, for your professionalism and care.
