I can't say enough good things about Rachelle and her amazing assistance while she sold our current home and searched for our dream home. She provided valuable recommendations on locations to explore and dedicated plenty of time to show us all our options. Her communication and knowledge were excellent. When we faced a family emergency during the final stages of the process, Rachelle quickly notified everyone involved and even offered personal assistance beyond her duties as a realtor. Rachelle was incredibly helpful in finalizing paperwork and accommodating our needs during a challenging time. Rachelle and Leon truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend their services if you're in need of a trusted realtor!

When my husband and I decided to put our house up for sell we contacted Leon and Rachelle Lopez. At our first meeting to go over comps and expectations, my nerves were out at ease. Both Leon and Rachelle have a vast knowledge and experience in real-estate. Throughout the entire process they kept our nerves at bay and were very informative about what was happening each day. After my first realtor retired from the industry, I was very skeptical about finding another realtor who would truly have my family's best interests at heart. As a first time home seller, Rachelle Lopez with Century 21 Full Realty Services couldn't have done a more amazing job of walking my wife and I, step-by-step through the process and being extremely responsive to all our questions and concerns. Given her years of experience in real estate, she was spot on with her guidance on how to market and price our home. Most of all, she was caring and provided honest advice throughout the process that you would expect from family or a friend. Thank you again, Rachelle...I'm glad we found you!

We found that selling our home was not going to be an easy process and also not something we were going to take lightly. We really didn’t know where to start or how to prepare our home for the market. We contacted Rachelle and found her to be extremely knowledgeable and personable. Having her as our agent made us feel at ease. It’s easy to stress out during the process, but Rachelle was there to answer all our questions and put things into perspective. Our home was off the market and in escrow in just under two weeks. She used state of the art technology to showcase our home and listed our home in various real estate sites. Very satisfied with the outcome and will definitely recommend her to our family and friends.

For the buying process, Rachelle really listens to your specifications and she knows the market well so she is able to bring you to the houses that fit your specifications. Rachelle went above and beyond during our selling process and helped stage our home. She is very professional and patient and gets you, the customer, through the whole process with as little stress as possible and buying and selling can be stressful, but not with Rachelle. She really cares about you as a customer. We're so thankful for all she did and we are very happy in our new home!
