Last year my wife and I purchased a house that had a new roof; Cowboys Roofing had done the replacement.About 6-8 months after we took possession, we notice a leak had developed. I called and spoke to Tom, the owner, and he promptly had a service technician come by to address the problem. In his words, it didn't matter that we were not the original customer, He stands behind his work no matter the situation.Unfortunately, the repair did solve the issue in the long run and during the heavy rain this past summer, the leak reappeared and got worse. I again called Tom and he immediately sent over a Sr. project manager to inspect the situation."G", the project manager was extremely professional and inspected the attic and roof. He determined that the flashing around the chimney was the issue. Instead of trying to patch the area, he undertook the full replacement job immediately. He went and got the necessary supplies, returned to the roof, and spent the next four hours completely redoing the job to the highest of standards. Needless to say, I was happy with the service and support that Tom and his team provided.And that was the end of the story, or so I thought! The next day a painter arrived to completely fix the ceiling staining and the leak damage...We can not even tell there was a leak at one time!Tom, and the Cowboy's Roofing team were amazing...and remember, I was not even the original customer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Smooth, well-communicated roof replacement from start to finish**We had Cowboys Roofing install a new roof on one of our Calgary rental homes, and the whole experience was easy from start to finish.**Communication:** The sales process was clear and upfront and very competitive! They explained exactly what was included (shingles, roof vents, and add-ons like the warranty), along with the expected timing (weather permitting), how long the job would take, and the size of the crew. I knew exactly what I was paying for. Their project coordinator also reached out before the work began with everything I needed to know, including when the bin and shingles would be delivered and when the crew would arrive and start. I was able to pass that information straight to our tenant, which made things much easier for them.**Workmanship and quality:** The crew showed up when they said they would and the project ran just as it was laid out. The finished roof looks great. Cleanup was excellent: they ran a magnetic sweep of the yard twice after completion to pick up stray nails, and swept the patio and sidewalk when they finished. Our tenants told us the property was left in great condition.**Ease of process:** As a landlord managing a property and a tenant, I really appreciated how little I had to chase.
