My neighbour and I just completed a roof replacement for our semi-detached infill and detached garages. We had an excellent experience with Cowboys.I'll admit to some skepticism initially -- when I think "cowboys" I think cattle drive and branding, not roofing. Truth is, their marketing kind of cracked me up so I thought I'd get a quote.But right from our initial contact Cowboys was very professional and responsive. They flew a drone over the houses to make sure they weren't missing anything in the initial quote. The roof went up over 3 days without much of a hitch. They replaced some siding that was damaged in the installation. They made it right, no questions asked. The roof looks great and the mess was cleared quickly. I was sure I'd find a stray nail or something, but nothing so far.Overall: Cowboys was accommodating, thorough, fast, and the roof turned out great. Warranty for the life of the shingles, and priced below the other 5 quotes that we got for the job.So, Cowboys is highly recommended in my books. We've already referred some colleagues.

The entire team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled.Roofing: Ali finished the entire roof in just one day and left the yard spotless.Siding: Elliot was a great communicator and started promptly at 7 AM daily. He even handled a local woodpecker issue while the boards were off! My neighbor even mentioned he wished he’d hired this crew instead of his own because of how clean and organized they were.Coordination: Tony was excellent with communication, especially when we had to reschedule due to window delays.Metal Work: Lynden was incredibly fast and efficient.It’s rare to find a contractor where every single team member is a "pro," but these guys nailed it. We recently had our cedar shake roof replaced by Matt and his crew. They only took 2 days to complete our 2 story house !The quality was great and the cleanup afterwards was excellent. We had a few small concerns with some flashing area’s and Matt was out the next morning and fixed it on the spot and didn’t leave until we looked at it together and confirmed I was happy with the end result… High Recommendation for this company and Matt’s crew !!

I just had the Cowboys crew replace my roof last week and it looks beautiful! Apparently I’m now into judging how nice shingles look, lolI had 3 different quotes and they were all comparable, however Cowboys upgraded my shingles to Class 4 for the same cost, so that made my decision easy!I’m very happy with them and they’ve made my single biggest investment on my house a great experience!
