I am a self-employed dog trainer, and got my start in the pet industry doing Rover prior to attending a dog training school. As I grew my business by word of mouth and referrals, I reassessed best use of my time and had to discontinue doing Rover sitting and drop-in jobs. I knew I would be losing a stream of my income, so I wanted to do something to ensure that when dog training slowed, I would still have exposure to new potential clients.I am not one to make hasty decisions and I like to look at a variety of options before committing to anything that fits my expectations. I first investigated another social media advertising group. They primarily focused on Facebook and Instagram ads. They made time to show me how great their founder was, that he was in some exclusive group of online advertisers, and made significant efforts to sell me on their company. They did give me contact information for a few other dog trainers who they had helped that I engaged with, and they were very positive about this company and its work.I came upon Automate Pro through the recommendation of a professional colleague whom I admire and who had used its services. My first interaction was with Jeremy, who wasn't concerned about being flashy and making it out that he was a big shot. He actually reviewed my current website and took time to make a video showing me how I could make some minor changes to improve my site for potential customers. Interactions with Jeremy were comfortable, helpful, and it felt like he was in my corner even before I became a client.The onboarding process took some time initially, but I understand that you have to set the foundations and put the time in at the beginning for things to move along smoothly. I was then introduced to Karl, who helped me to put together my account settings, connect my calendars, and get everything ready. Karl was patient and very invested in getting things right. Even when I needed to make some changes and I couldn't figure it out on my own, he jumped in and took care of them for me.I just recently had my first connection call with Steve. Steven runs the ads and makes suggestions on how to recalibrate for improved outcomes. He showed me the metrics on the backend, and took time to educate me on the numbers. We put our heads together and made some changes to my landing page, hours when my ads are being shown, and I updated the areas where I wanted my ads to be shown.As a client and customer of Automate Pro, I feel like each step of this process has been carefully approached and I have been taken care of whenever I needed help. The team feels like my team. I don't have to record videos of myself and edit them and send them to Automate Pro. They didn't create any extra work for me, which is massively helpful because I've been even busier since my team has been running my Google Ads. I love that I can change the ad spend as I choose, to increase or decrease the client response if my schedule of work changes to be busier or less busy. It has been really a huge addition to my business dealings. I have never paid for marketing before because I was not sure how well it would work, or if the investment would be worth it. I'm really glad that my colleague in a different city in my state was already working with and had positive feedback so that I could move forward with a sense of surety.I look forward to my continued relationship with Automate Pro, and to see what my team can help me accomplish in my career and business.
