Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I brought them TWO vehicles for wraps and both were returned looking incomplete and unfinished. There were visible white areas throughout the seams, sections of the vehicles not wrapped, and overall the final product did not look professional or complete.
What frustrated me most was the communication and accountability afterward. Instead of taking ownership of the issues, I received a long list of excuses blaming the vinyl supplier, missing materials, muddy doors, damaged vehicle parts, incomplete proofs, scheduling misunderstandings, etc. As the customer, none of that should become my problem after being told the vehicles were ready.
If additional material was needed, if certain sections weren’t included, or if extra labor costs were required, I would have gladly paid more to have the job completed correctly the first time. Instead, I now have to bring BOTH vehicles back after already losing time and dealing with the inconvenience of being without them.
The response I received also came off defensive and unprofessional. Rather than focusing on resolving the issue, the emphasis seemed to be on explaining why the incomplete work wasn’t their fault. At the end of the day, customers judge the final product — not the excuses behind it.
I chose a professional wrap shop because I expected communication, problem-solving, and a finished product that looked complete. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received.
