Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I brought them TWO vehicles for wraps and both were returned looking incomplete and unfinished. There were visible white areas on both upper rear sections of the vehicles not wrapped, and overall the final product did not look professional or complete.What frustrated me most was the communication and accountability afterward. Instead of taking ownership of the issues, I received a long list of excuses blaming the vinyl supplier, missing materials, muddy doors, damaged vehicle parts, incomplete proofs, scheduling misunderstandings, etc. As the customer, none of that should become my problem after being told the vehicles were ready.If additional material was needed, if certain sections weren’t included, or if extra labor costs were required, I would have gladly paid more to have the job completed correctly the first time. Instead, I now have to bring BOTH vehicles back after already losing time and dealing with the inconvenience of being without them.The response I received also came off defensive and unprofessional. Rather than focusing on resolving the issue, the emphasis seemed to be on explaining why the incomplete work wasn’t their fault. At the end of the day, customers judge the final product — not the excuses behind it.I chose a professional wrap shop because I expected communication, problem-solving, and a finished product that looked complete. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received.

They were willing to make adjustments throughout the process and completed both cars much faster than we expected while still delivering incredible quality.What really separates them from other companies is the customer service after the job is finished. They’ve continued to stay in contact and offered to help with updates, sponsor changes, and repairs throughout the racing season. That level of support means a lot in racing where things are always changing.One thing that especially stood out to us was their honesty. Most companies would have simply kept the original amount, but they chose to do the right thing.The wraps turned out amazing, the customer service was top notch, and our entire experience with Paradox was nothing but positive. We highly recommend them and will absolutely continue using them in the future.

Paradox did an outstanding job on our new van. Christian was patient with various changes to the design and he communicated with us constantly. I had given Christian a tight deadline which he honored by working on our van through the evening finishing at almost 10 pm. It is a rarity to find such customer service these days. From the moment I saw their ad, I knew I was going to use them if I ever needed something again- fast forward a few weeks, we decided to purchase an enclosed trailer for our mowing rig- when I reached out to Christian via email, the response time was incredible and within no time we had an estimate, as well as sent my logo and ideas of what I wanted. I told him I would be picky, he advised that was fine! I decided mid design process to change my logo while wrapping the trailer- what better time to do it then now. Christian helped me bring ideas to life and never once complained. All communication was via email or text; and super quick response time! It only took 3 proofs (that includes changing my design) to get it exactly how I wanted! Process was so easy and simple; I will continue to use them, the warranty is even great! Super friendly, professional, and WELL WORTH your hard earned money!
