I was very cautious to let anybody touch my ride but he made me feel at ease. Even went as far as doing a small section right the and there to show me what the finished product would look like. Spilled a milkshake in my perforated leather interior, he squeezed me in at the end of his day , removed and replaced my car seat, deep cleaning where the stain was, and completed the interior cleaning within about 2 hours. super friendly and professional, i will be reaching out again in the event of a milkshake .
