From start to finish, their communication and professionalism were outstanding.Caleb called me to schedule the appointment, provided a clear and fair estimate, and reached out again about a week before the service to confirm everything. On the day of the appointment, the crew arrived on time and got right to work.They took the time to walk me through the condition of my roof, explaining that it was still in excellent shape overall. They also pointed out a few areas where some paint correction would be beneficial and let me know they offer that service as well. I appreciated his honesty and the fact that he wasn’t trying to sell me services I didn’t need.One thing that really impressed me was the detailed documentation they provided after the job was completed. They shared 27 before-and-after photos of my roof, allowing me to clearly see the quality of their work. The photos also highlighted the few areas where paint correction was recommended, giving me confidence that their assessment was thorough and transparent.The entire team was professional, courteous, and respectful of my property. They did a fabulous job of cleaning my roof and gutters. He also checked for loose screws, and re- tared the tops of my vent pipes. He was also a very pleasant person to work with, and answered any questions I had.
