Your website clearly states that you accommodate portrait sessions for both pets and their owners, and there is even a dedicated link featuring a photograph of a dog.Based on this information, I was excited about the opportunity to have a professional portrait taken with my dog. During the phone consultation, however, I was informed that you only provide family photo sessions and that pets are not included.I found this disappointing and somewhat contradictory to the information presented on your website. My dog is my family and, in fact, my closest companion. A portrait of us together was something I was genuinely looking forward to.After this experience, I can understand why there are a number of reviews questioning these "$1,000 vouchers" and the way they are promoted. I believe the advertising and eligibility criteria should be made much clearer to avoid raising expectations that cannot be met.

Misleading and a nightmareOne year later I’m still laying awake at 2am thinking about the images of my newborn rainbow baby we didn’t they all because the pricing wasn’t upfront.Moments I will never get back again.After losing my first child all I wanted was for things to be perfect for our baby knowing we get one shot at a newborn photoshoot because getting a replacement after being disappointed wasn’t an option.Everything was great receiving the voucher until we were told the price of the ‘packages’ to get the bare minimum .A beautifully professional photoshoot, but if I knew then how I would long for the photos of my miracle baby born extremely prem, I would have saved myself further trauma and booked elsewhere!All I can say is they should be upfront from the beginning and stop giving away ‘vouchers’ that mislead you into an experience that will put you into debt. So so disappointing honestly.They tried to remedy this by saying my images will Always be there if I want to buy them at like $150 an image.I nearly died having my second baby and all I got was 3 photos from a voucher.I should have listened to people when they laughed at me for ‘winning a photoshoot’ .

Good life portraits, definitely provider a top tier service, providing props, suggestions, guidance, flexibility and understanding. The ladies are incredible from start to finish and they most certainly know so tricks to keep a newborn asleep! As well as a keen eye for details.

Beware the 1000 dollar voucher it covers the photoshoot and 750 worth of prints. You get no digital photos unless you get prints and the 750 gets you one printed 8x10 if you want anymore than that or a canvas it will cost hundreds or thousands more. The staff are very nice the photoshoot was good but they only disclose pricing afterwards and you basically can't get anything without paying for it. I feel very scammed by this buisiness model you haven't won anything with this voucher they give it out to everybody and you pay top dollar for the product at the end very misleadingEdit. I have checked all of the emails and text messages nothing included any pricing on the packages all of the wording made it seem like a prize was won and it said that we would get free photos to take home which is barely true and purposefully misleading

Our little family are so grateful for the experience and quality of product good life portraits provides!The atmosphere is calming and gentle so our little one felt comfortable to have her photos taken, be redressed in different outfits, and be placed in shots setup by the team.They had a large array of swaddles, wraps, and set props to customise the photos to our liking with many different colours to suit.The staff are incredibly hospitable, offering snacks and beverages throughout the process.Picking out our favourite photos from the 50+ initial shots was difficult as we wanted them all! But the team has a good process for filtering through the photos until you are left with your desired amount at the very end that we truly love.Thank you for the experience and the memories you have provided our family!

We had a great experience getting a newborn photo shoot. Our photographer was super knowledgeable and took amazing photos. We will be able to forever look back on our baby photos that we can hang in our house now. Totally recommend!
