Simplicity is exactly what you get from the moment you walk in the door, losing a parent is hard, and there are a million things on your mind and you don't know "come here" from "sickem". I mean I was as lost as a ball in high weeds and didn't know what to do next x but one phone call to simplicity and they had my father picked up from the hospital and in their care within a few hours and set us an appointment. After that it was smooth sailing they took care of everything I wouldn't have known what to do if it hadn't been for simplicity they are so nice and professional I wouldn't use anyone else if my life depended on it . lol.

My stepdad passed away suddenly while I was in Florida. I live in Texas and know nothing about funeral companies nor have many contacts in Tulsa. After flying to Tulsa to assist my mother, we made contact on a Sunday and were assisted by an angel named Shayla. I honestly thought we wouldn't hear from them until Monday and were shocked as she was so responsive and helpful. I can't count the emails, text messages and phone calls I shared with Shayla. She was SO helpful, compassionate and patient. On the first communication for information and pricing, her first response was a condolence that we didn't even receive from the other two places we contacted.We opted for cremation which was very reasonable and they took care of EVERYTHING! She created the most beautiful Obituary with the content she requested from us. We picked up the Urn with ashes, included death certificates and also had the pleasure of meeting Shayla in person. She has also contacted us after our business concluded asking how mom is doing and offering Grief care information.The Lord willing, I won't need their services anytime soon, but if that days comes, I will definitely be a repeat customer!
