Simplicity is exactly what you get from the moment you walk in the door, losing a parent is hard, and there are a million things on your mind and you don't know "come here" from "sickem". I mean I was as lost as a ball in high weeds and didn't know what to do next x but one phone call to simplicity and they had my father picked up from the hospital and in their care within a few hours and set us an appointment. After that it was smooth sailing they took care of everything I wouldn't have known what to do if it hadn't been for simplicity they are so nice and professional I wouldn't use anyone else if my life depended on it . lol.
