After waiting 2 hours to get my hair done, when I was told to come in at 8 AM, due to several of the braiders either cancelling or coming in late, it is safe to say I will never come back to this salon.Not only were my braids excruciatingly tight, after I communicated with the hair stylist that I have a sensitive scalp, she dismissed my concerns and continued to braid with heavy hands.Even to the point where I asked her to kindly re-do two of the cornrows at the corner of my scalp because I immediately felt sharp pains and headaches only seconds after braiding, she told me that she doesn't have time and the owner will have to step in to finish my hair because "she has to go". Not only that, she told me that I would have to be the one to take the braid down before she redid it. What the?! The audacity was insane. It was as if I was doing her a disservice by sitting in the chair allowing her to rip all my edges out?! Crazy.After calling the shop a day later almost begging to have a few of the braids redone, the owner thankfully apologized, but just told me to take Tylenol and give it a few days my hair will adjust. But trust me, any more days and I would have been bald. I could not wait and removed my braids not even 24 hours later.0 stars all around.
