After a hailstorm, Lightning replaced the shingles on our 5,000-sq-ft home. While the work was completed quickly, the quality and follow-through were disappointing. Nails and debris were left throughout our yard, which we had to clean up ourselves to protect our children and pets.After the first rainfall, we discovered a leak near the fireplace that caused water damage through the attic and onto our floor. Lightning attempted multiple repairs, but the leak returned and communication became difficult, with repeated delays and excuses.After we relocated and sold the home, the new owners experienced the same leak almost immediately. Despite repeated assurances, Lightning delayed repairs until the homeowners considered hiring their own contractor.Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company. Speed does not make up for poor workmanship, cleanup, and lack of accountability.

Sean Christian with Lightning Exteriors was super responsive and professional in quickly responding to my request for repair of a leaky roof. Rains were forecast for the following weekend, and because of the Thanksgiving holiday, I suspected no one would be able to make the repairs until at least the following week. Sean came out the day before Thanksgiving to make the inspection visit and somehow arranged assembled a crew to do the repair the day after Thanksgiving! Considering that most roofing crews were off that week, we were more than appreciative that Lightning Exteriors went the extra mile to complete the repair promptly. The inspection report was clear, photos of damage and repairs provided and communications between Lightning Exteriors and myself were excellent. Thank you LE for a great job!
