Worst purchasing experience I have ever had.Took 7 months to receive Ice bath, Jaylon the builder/owner has completely ghosted me stopped communicating months ago. I was told I would receive complimentary filters, got none, got no post purchase help with setting up, still currently trying to get some set up help. Also dubious I got ceramic coating I paid $1000 for.Stay away from this company!!!

Purchased an ice bath 2 months ago and they've been super easy to deal with. Had a wait time of 2 weeks and it was delivered on time as promised. At first I thought it was a lot to spend but when I realised all the work that goes into making them it's definitely worth the money.

Loving the new sauna from Arctic, went with the 6 person black series traditional sauna.First few times using it have been really good so far, satisfied with the cost given the good quality of the product and the customer experience I had. Would recommend to others looking for similar set ups.

Both owners run for the hills once they made my mate Ben pay he’s 3K deposit. They won’t answer he’s calls now mine either. We are still waiting for a response on what they are gonna do. All we want is a refund now not worth the stress dealing with Dan or Jay

Horrendous experience!! Ive ordered an ice bath worth around 6K through Dan one of the owners. He told me 1 week to get the parts and the other week to make it. They then have excuses on why it’s wasn’t ready for 3-4 more weeks. There builder Jaylan said that he’d finished and that it was waiting at pack and send there delivery company. He said it was sitting there for 8 days so I rang pack and send they said there is no sign of it there. I then rang them both repeatedly to find out what’s going on and they have now blocked my number. Still $3000 down and no idea what’s next. The worst service I’ve Eva received.
