Professional and communicative, and just a group of good people there. I’m happy with the product quality overall. When we ran into a small issue nearly a year later, they arrived on time and took care of it. Chad is the absolute man!! And Jessie, who came to our home today to fix the problem, was respectful and efficient, and kept the work area super clean.

Roger and his team were excellent to work with on our water treatment project. We just moved to the area from across the country and we knew we wanted water softening and reverse osmosis. Roger came out promptly and tested our water and gave us recommendations. Our water was actually pretty soft without treatment, but for longevity we went with a top tier package because clean water is everything! His install team did a great job and were very polite when working on the project late into the evening. We had a small issue that came up with the install and Roger was quick to come back on a Saturday morning to correct everything. That’s great service and I look forward to working with the team at DFW Water softeners in the future!
