I tell you, John is GENUINELY there to help you through. I MEAN IT! I’d give no stars if I could. I spoke and signed up for their services in January. The second I made the $299 starting service fee, there was no response from anyone. I am still going through a dispute with my bank to get my money back. DO NOT USE! Phone calls and emails were also attempted but no response or return phone calls.
