We recently used Sean Cardwell Windows to fit two new uPVC windows in our roof dormers and are absolutely delighted with the result.From start to finish, Sean was professional, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. What impressed us most was his exceptional attention to detail. He took great care to ensure everything was fitted perfectly, and the quality of the workmanship is evident in the finished result. Nothing was overlooked, and he clearly takes enormous pride in his work.The installation took place during a period of extremely high temperatures, particularly in the attic space where conditions must have been very challenging. Without any notice, the company stopped trading leaving us with really poorly fitted windows. Sean has done several jobs for me over the years- fitting new windows, fixing broken mechanisms in others and carried out some rather ‘awkward’ jobs all to exceptional standard. The awkward jobs include managing to install a stable door in a warped wooden opening and moving existing sliding doors into a new opening following an extension. During the relocation of the sliding doors, it was discovered they had bowed slightly due to their original installation (not by him.) Rather than advise me I’d need to replace them, he was determined to spare me the extra expense and by some miracle managed to fit them perfectly. Sean works so hard and is very much a perfectionist which is so reassuring to customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Sean first fitted a window and door at our house after we were burgled. He was extremely professional, offered a great price and was very tidy. We’ve subsequently used Sean to replace all the windows and doors, fascia’s and guttering in our new house, (250 yr old cottage), and he did an excellent job, despite many of the walls being wonky. He even colour matched render and cement to the existing stuff, so it all blended in. We were so pleased that we’ve recommended him to friends and family too. He takes his time and does the job properly. Both his work and the products are fully compliant with legislation and are fully guaranteed.
