Mike, Victor, Ed, Paul and their entire construction team provided a great experience. We had a house fire with major water damage, and everything went down to the bare studs. This group was very diligent cleaning up and providing the required mitigation. Then afterward the quality of the rebuild was outstanding. I'm an architect and very particular, so I don't make statements like this of contractors very often. I would highly recommend Royalty Restoration!

If you need water restoration, I can't recommend Mike & the team at RR enough. When we had a major water leak, a neighbor recommended RR. They were at our house within half an hour & took control right away. They got straight to work & knew exactly what to do. I was honestly in shock of the amount of water in the house & they took a super-stressful situation & immediately made it better for our family. The amount of detail they put into the restoration & documentation for insurance was impeccable. Everyone was so nice, sympathetic, & helpful. Amongst many things to be impressed with, they left zero mess for me to clean up. They vacuumed the dust from the demo & left nothing. I hope we never get another water leak again, but if we do, I know who to call. You will not get another company better than Royalty Restoration. They truly are the best. I Highly recommend Mike, Victor and team from Royalty Restoration. A water pipe burst in the basement on a sunday evening and Mike and Victor responded immediately and contained the damage and started working on clean up. Through out the process they are very professional, explaining every step in detail and made the process seamless. They also helped me work with the Insurance and recommended best practices going forward in maintaining the basement. The whole experience was less stressful as I relied on their expertise and they took care of it wonderfully.

Mike and his team at Royalty Restoration have been wonderful to work with. We had a septic backup that flooded our downstairs bathroom and bedroom and they responded the same day. They took the time to answer our questions, delt with our insurance company, and got the mitigation done quickly and with no issues. They are also handling our rebuild of everything that had to be torn out and have been great at working with us and keeping us informed every step of the way. I will post another review once the rebuild is complete, but I'm sure it will be another 5 stars. Highly recommend!
