Pioneer redid our floors in our upstairs as part of a larger renovation. They did an amazing job, and were true professionals throughout. The attention to detail that they put toward the final product was impressive and shows through in the quality of the floors. The stain was absolutely flawlessly applied, and the finish is perfect. It is a testament to the quality of their work that I can now see that the rest of the floors in our house were done to a substandard level by another flooring company. Jason and his team sanded down my floors and made them look absolutely brand new. I would recommend them to anybody hands-down. Standup company! The darker color is the Floors before Jason read them, and I can assure you while they look good when we purchased the home they were awful, there were ruts in them from a baby grand piano and scratches all over the place. Let me start with saying, these floors are 65 YEARS OLD!!! And had never been refinished! Until now! Now they look BETTER THAN NEW!!! If your like I was just looking on google trying to find someone to refinish or repair your hardwood floors, let me tell you! These are the guys you want to do it!!! Jason contacted me the same day I requested an estimate and came out to do the estimate the next day. Always right on time if not early! When Jason came to take measurements for my estimate, I was so impressed!!! It won’t take you long to figure out that Jason is super knowledgeable and a master of his craft!!! He told me everything they would need to do in order to make the floor how I wanted and what the best thing to do for it would be. I got my estimate the next day! And they came out to start on my floors in less than a week and got right on it!!! They repaired and refinished my floors in 2 and a half days!!! I never imagined these floor would look this good!!! I could go on and on about everything good about these guys and their work! True professionals and absolutely gorgeous work!!! You will not be sorry!!! Best decision I’ve made for my house!!!
