We needed our roof replaced due to hail damage and I'm so glad we went with Osage. From start to finish, Tyler was great. Not only did they have the roof & cleanup completed in a day, he also dealt with insurance and guided us on our end making the whole process headache free for us. He came back the next day to inspect the work and noticed a section of guttering that had damage and had that replaced before the end of the week. All around a professional & painless process. So if you're needing your roof repaired or replaced and are like me, you might have reservations with hiring a roofing company that hasn't been established for several decades. But I guarantee you'll be totally at ease after meeting with these guys. You won't find another company as professional or who prioritizes customer satisfaction the way they do, and I can recommend them without the slightest hesitation. Thank you Tyler for all your time (and crayons, lol). You've gained a lifelong customer!
