I went in for LHR on Saturday and came back home with 13 burn marks which became evident a day later . After the session I noticed redness and felt a burning sensation .It was my first full arms and legs session and during the session it started off being a bearable pain and later it became very painful . The aesthetician kept reassuring me that the pain is just normal and it just shows that the treatment is working .I pushed myself to finish the treatment. Right after the treatment I noticed 2 burned areas and I pointed it out because of the burning sensation . The aesthetician checked all over the treated areas and assured every other area was ok, even though I mentioned I can feel a burning sensation. When I returned home I was shocked to see the actual spots that were burned . I would have really appreciated her to be honest about what happened, instead of reassuring me everything was ok. Instead just asked me to pay for the full treatment, which obviously she did. Most of the burning was mostly redness at the clinic , it was only once the redness settled the burning is more evident . It’s a brand new place , very clean and the technician was extremely friendly and I am giving a 2 . But putting this out there, so the aesthetician is careful the next time .
