I posted the review below about Rick but now I'm going to have to say that I've changed my mind and will now INSIST on finding a woman to help me. His recommendation of Imperial Insurance, and actually signing me up with it before I actually confirmed I really wanted it, changed my review for him. I now have to UN-enroll and deal with that company to get out of it.I hadn't even known I was enrolled with them until an employee of theirs called me to make an appointment!Before I got that call I did some research and found that Imperial is NOT a good company, has many user complaints, complaints with the Better Business Bureau and overall... NOT a good plan! If Rick signs me up with this and doesn't know all that, then he no longer deserves my excellent review !!! Sorry if I've misled readers.I HATED the thought of having to deal with health insurance, and after no luck TRYING to find a WOMAN I was happy with to help me, I gave up and did nothing for a LONGg time. But I HAD to get my insurance changed, so I somehow came upon Rick Porros' card I've had but kept ignoring. In desperation, I finally called him and he took the time to drive all the way to my home. I am a senior with no front teeth, brain fog that's intolerable and hearing that's almost non-existent. I had to ask Rick to repeat, asked a LOT of questions because I am SO ignorant when it comes to health insurance.... and he was an absolute saint when it came to being SO patient with me ! His kindness and patience made me forget being embarrassed about all my flaws. It was after 6 p.m. but he was here helping me and NOT rushing me. When he was done, I was/am 100% more confident than I ever thought I could be that he is setting me up with the BEST insurance plan I can get.... and all this from a guy!!!
