First I can’t express how unprofessional these guys are (Robert & Damian). Roberts favorite line is to act all nice and say he will personally be out tomorrow then no show. When I send him a text message he responds with a picture of a truck broken down. He has used the same photos of the broken down truck 3 times on us. Our irrigation STILL isn’t fixed and I’m going to have to find someone else ... More

If I could put 0 stars, I would. Which is sad because I like to support small businesses but stay away from this one!! Hired this company and paid thousands to replace the irrigation in our front yard yet they only replaced 1 line! We found out when we had major leaks within a few weeks of their work. We had to dig the yard up ourselves to find it was all old poly and they didn’t do what we contracted them to do. We contacted them numerous times as our plants weren’t getting water now and at risk of dying. On 3 different occasions Robert simply no called, no showed us! After the frustration magnified we called and we spoke with the owner Damion he told us they’d fix it and Robert was a man of his word and then on 2 more different occasions of no call no shows (5 now total) that his vehicle wasn’t working. When we finally got Robert to show up he admitted that they must’ve missed some old lines and that he’d fixed them. That same evening ,after they claimed to have fixed them, not only was it leaking still but now half of our front yard is producing NO WATER! We called back and have now had 3 days in a row of no shows with plants at risk of dying!! I have never been treated this way by a company, the worst customer service I have ever seen. Now that they’ve taken our money and not completed the job we feel completely ripped off. We honored our part by paying thinking the job was done and now we have half a yard getting no water (that was getting water prior to them being contracted) and the other half with leaks! We are in worse shape now and thousands in the hole later than we were prior to hiring them. As of today, he still didn’t show up as promised and no answer from the owner when we called to see why we were stood up yet again. We have pictures, texts, many phone calls out to them with these facts. I don’t recommend this company. Edit: we were told yet again today that their truck wasn’t working hence the 8th no show now with 3 days in a row from just this week. Ridiculous! We are still out of money and still have messed up irrigation! Beware. Less

Do NOT use this company for palm trees. They are not experienced with them and almost burned my house down. They pushed to do it when I was not home and then proceeded to do work they were not capable of doing. Said “sometimes this happens” and upon doing research, it only happens when you do not have the correct tools and experience. I was sent photos that did not show all of the damage, was told they would give me some gravel for free, as consolation, and now won’t follow through with that. I was told there as not damage to our neighbors and one neighbors pool is destroyed from the damage of their mistake. I will not use this company for anything again. I asked for other trees/bushes to be removed and it was only cut down, not removed fully. They left my side walks muddy and gravel looking messed up. I am out a coupon thousand dollars and have to clean up their mess still. Less

On 5/3 I hired Felix from APEX Landscaping to complete my backyard. As of 5/28 my backyard is still not complete. I have been ripped off after paying my deposit. Im missing turf to complete the area of 15’x25’ because my measurements were changed without my approval and they ran out of turf. I was overcharged for materials that I didnt receive and when I mentioned it I was told they have to include extra materials just in case. I was told several times rocks would be delivered and they never arrived. I have been completely patient with Felix and given him several opportunities to complete my project. Very unprofessional!
