Tucker, in the office is extremely professional and takes down all the notes for your specific needs so the technician comes aware of any special circumstances going on in your home. My technician Derek was sooo good!! He treated every edge of the inside and outside of my home. Brushed all around the exterior of the house and even went under our deck, removing all wasp nest. Derek explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. He was hardworking and a very kind gentleman! I was very satisfied with my appointment!
