My technician, Gene, explained everything thoroughly before starting and it’s truly very impressive - spraying, brushing, trapping; inside/outside perimeters/doorways/window sills/eves, along driveway/sidewalks/gravel beds/garage and basement. Their accessibility is excellent, responsive times excellent. Follow-up and maintenance are automatically included as is any new findings should they happen.
