Gene is the best tech they have! We switched to Falkin a year ago and absolutely love them! They do a thorough job and are always happy to help in-between scheduled services. Last summer was the first summer we have not been overtaken by wasps in years! We were actually able to enjoy our back deck without worrying. And so far halfway through May, we have only seen a couple so yay! 🥳
