I do not recommend this clinic. My experience was bad with an employee. I thought she was just a receptionist. I went today with my friend to the clinic to book a suitable session for each of us, but we were surprised by the behavior of the employee who was suggesting appropriate treatments for the booking. In the middle of the conversation, she told us that we had to pay 55€. You should have told us from the beginning that if she talked about the appropriate procedure that we would book, you would pay this amount because in most clinics, consultations are free. Nevertheless, we agreed to pay, but when I saw her tone of voice change and she treated us rudely, I told my friend to leave. I have no interest in putting my already misused money into an establishment that treats their customers with such disrespect and disregard. Awful administration and customer service. Would recommend they record their calls and that customers put in writing their cancellations/reschedules otherwise they will use the policy excuse to charge you and gaslight you. I was referred here by a friend but she warned me that Eavanna puts more effort into promoting instagram celebs than the clients. Therefore I opted for other members of staff when possible. The above is unfortunate because Dani was a great facialist. However the administration and failure to schedule properly and fear to admit this to their boss is losing them out on more money long term than their blindfolded policy affords them short-term. I wasn't paying because I wanted to have a needle jabbed into my skin and be in pain, I was paying to have something done, but it wasn't done.-I explained to Eavanna that I'm suffering from this problem following an accident I had that damaged the skin on the backs of my hands and fingers. I was given a cream to use that caused the issue to spread. I made it clear to the akina clinic how much it was distressing me (and still is). I asked if the fourth treatment was unsuccessful if there would be nothing I could do and would I have to accept being this way forever? Instead of giving me information about alternate treatments or clinics she she made a comment about 'taking care of myself', like it's my fault. Less

Raging.*** Update: in response to the owner’s retort, for one, I initially wrote to you AS SOON as the blistering had started to heal and it was evident that there was post inflammatory pigmentation and new vein formation underneath. I have all this backed up in my email correspondence with the salon, including the numerous emails you ignored. I also went to an alternative salon to establish what had happened during my treatment with you, and to have professional after photos taken (as they also have photos taken before my treatment with Eavanna took place) to facilitate taking things further. As for you saying that I proposed that I’d had a ‘similar’ experience beforehand, that is an outrageous lie. I stated that I’d had a treatment using a different technology elsewhere that had proven ineffective, NOT one that had damaged my skin. I’d also stated that the machine you use (Cutera CoolGlide) I’d had great success with in the past. I find it also relevant to note that you admitted you had blistered another client’s skin with the machine previously. Had the loveliest facial by Rita on Friday. She is a miracle worker. The volcano on the side of my jaw that she fixed was almost fully gone the day after and is now 100% fully healed. I’ve never used the Alumiere products before now think that they are amazing. Thanks so much Rita! Susan x... More

Have been going to them in Leeson St for Toe Fungal laser treatment. The main thing to remember is you have to be patient as this takes about a year (4-5 visits) to fully clear it up. I'm on visit 3 and the toenail is growing again beautifully. Staff are very welcoming and informative on the subject too. Bought sterishoes based on thier recommendation and haven't looked back as far as footwear be... More
