Last week, I was referred to Elite Tax for last-minute tax preparation. Monica went above and beyond to accommodate me on the day of the tax extension deadline. She was patient, professional, thorough, and took the time to ensure everything was completed accurately. Monica even followed up the next day to confirm my satisfaction and verify all details were correct.I truly appreciate her exceptional service and professionalism, and I will definitely be working with Monica again for my 2026 taxes.I highly recommend, Thank you.

We are a new small business and couldn’t be more delighted. Her prices are fair and although we haven’t done taxes yet her guidance and her bookkeeping has been spot on. When you have a small business and a start up business, I feel it’s important to have the right person behind you at a price you can afford and that’s what the Elite Book Keeper does for us, that is Elite !Randy and Bills Wildlife Control LLC

Absolutely the worst service experience. I’m all for a black women owned business! But I will absolutely never take my taxes here again! I didn’t get my return until about 6-7 months ago. They messed up my name even having all my info. Had to refile 3 or so times. DIDN’T tell me until I called and reached out a lot! They then blocked me and I didn’t get my return for months and I’ve always gotten my return 3 to 4 weeks after filing. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had and the honest review you’ll ever see.
