I've been going to RAF for about a month and a half now and I've really been enjoying my experience so far. It's a great gym with an amazing community! Everyone is welcoming, supportive and friendly from the moment you walk in. The coaches genuinely care about helping you improve, they're constantly encouraging you to challenge yourself, lift heavier, and push past your limits safely. They’re also very attentive with forms and technique, always correcting and guiding you to make sure you’re lifting properly and avoiding injuries. In just a month and a half, I already feel so much healthier, stronger, and more confident. Definitely grateful to be part of this community!
