My son, Brandon, received Speech Therapy from Annie for 5+ years. Brandon had head trauma from a car accident and lost his ability to speak. Annie was instrumental in helping Brandon find his voice again and then in helping him learn to speak clearly. She also worked with Brandon to improve his memory. Annie was patient, kind and understanding, but also firm and skilled at working with him and his Traumatic Brain Injury diagnosis. I had a lingering shoulder issue that I couldn’t improve with several rounds of normal PT but Juan helped me improve it so much.He takes a completely different approach from normal PT, taking a goals oriented, personalized approach which made me see improvement week over week.

Amazing PT!I went in and was a little skeptical due to my condition.Calcification of left tendons rotator cuff and completely stiff left shoulder tendons.To make it easier to understand I could not move my left arm and I could not even sleep for the pain.We started a program of once a week for 3 months and the result started right away! At the beginning Juan got rid of the calcification and after 3/4 sessions started working on my extremely limited range of motion.Don’t get me wrong most of the time painful but if you are willing to cooperate and let Juan work, he will fix your problem.Yesterday I finished my 16 sessions and I feel great! I can sleep again and I can move how I used to.Many thanks to Juan, amazing PT and human being.Fabio

I rolled my ankle playing basketball and needed a fast recovery before my 10K training. Juan at Inspire Health was incredible. his experience and knowledge really showed. In 12 weeks, Jillian got me back to jumping after I had spent over a year trying to get my knee back to normal on my own. I am nearing 70 years old and stay very active. I have recurring issues with my neck, back and lower legs. I also have a slowly progressing neurological issue. I have received treatment from Jillian Chong for a long time and she can be credited with my ability to stay active including golfing, swimming, fishing, weight lifting and long walks. She is quick at diagnosing the issue and resolving it. She is an excellent PT plus she was a long time yoga instructor and is a very high end athlete. I worked with Dr. Eric Lee after my microdiscectomy (L5-S1) and he was great to work with! He helped me make significant progress building up my core and lower back strength very quickly post-op. He did a great job clearly explaining how each exercise applied to my recovery as well as soft tissue work and cupping therapies. I highly recommend working with Dr. Lee for any type of recovery or if you are just looking to build strength safely and effectively!

Very thankful to Juan and his team. I thought surgery was my only option after my shoulder injury and 12 weeks of failed PT at another clinic. After my sessions with Juan, who is extremely knowledgeable and skilled, I have fully recovered and back to my normal level of activity/exercise. I really don’t know where I would be without him. I worked with Dr Eric Lee to help with lingering issues from an ACL surgery and he was incredibly helpful! He challenged me with strengthening exercises, while also calming my pain with deep tissue massage and dry needling. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Eric Lee to address some ongoing hamstring pain due to long distance running - I cannot recommend him highly enough! Outstanding physical therapist for athletes! I can't say enough great things about Juan and his Inspire Health Clinic in Miami. Juan is not only highly skilled but also knows my sport (beach volleyball) and the techniques and mechanics of the shoulder inside out, which makes his treatments very effective. The session was tailored to my specific needs and he took time to explain a couple of exercises for prevention and stability of the joint. He was able to completely release my pain through his treatment and also dry-needling the shoulder. He is also super knowledgable and extremely friendly. I suffered a knee injury requiring surgical repair. I had complied with the prescribed physical therapy regimen per my orthopedic surgeon but 8 months following the surgery the muscles of my leg were still weak and significantly atrophied. I was unable to comfortably participate in my usual activities of playing tennis, padel or going to the park with my family. Dr. Juan changed everything for me. With Juan’s support and guided strength training, my leg was conditioned appropriately and I was able to make a meaningful recovery — improving my strength and flexibility— and able to get back to my favorite activities.
