My one and only son, who was born into this world a decade ago was slight and unfocused. With the help of Metro Taekwondo - he has flourished into a young man with skill and determination. It was fascinating to watch the Master and Instructors form him, through patience and training he has learned about: respect, control, honor and strength What I am most impressed by is the balance of authority and play that the team at Metro bring to the kids. Each week, my child looks forward to his lessons here. Would recommend to any parent who is wondering about Taekwondo. 10/10

Master Ruiter and all the instructors are very friendly and approachable. Besides learning self defense, kids can also learn to be disciplined. A great place for kids to be.

I have watched my son go from a child who would cry when kids called him stupid to a teen having the confidence to stand up for himself and others when needed. The instructors talk the talk and walk the walk, they engage the kids, teens and adults on appropriate levels. Being part of Metro means being part of a larger family. You will not be disappointed!

My daughter initially just wanted to try Taekwondo so she took the trial classes at Metro Taekwondo. She loved the atmosphere and the instructors and so she has been going to Taekwondo regularly since then. We highly recommend Metro Taekwondo ; they have awesome instructors and the schedule of the classes are great.
