Great service. I appreciate the fact that the service call started when I reached out for help on the phone! He listned took in helped me get a better understanding of what happened and possible solutions. During the visit he wasn't in a rush he explained what happened taught me what to look for. He had great safety practices. I will not be keeping his card, because I have his number and will be giving his card to friends and family. Highly recommend him for future jobs.

We had an absolutely excellent experience working with Javier from One Sun Solutions. We were introduced to him by Dade and are very grateful for that. From the very beginning, it was clear how knowledgeable Javier was about solar systems and the industry as a whole. We already had two existing systems with some issues on one of them. He had someone on his team come out and inspect it and he took the time to thoroughly review it, explain what was going on, and walk us through all of our options in a way that was easy to understand.Even though we ultimately decided not to change systems, he was incredibly patient, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. He was always available to answer any questions we had and we could see his focus was clearly on helping us make the right decision for our home, not just making a sale. The honesty, professionalism, and depth of knowledge he brought to the table truly set him apart. When we’re ready to move forward with any future solar systems or upgrades, we will absolutely be working with Javier again and recommend him to anyone considering solar.

Javier was a big help when he stepped in to help us out when a bigger company wasn’t trying too. Our houses needed a new roof and a new electrical panel.
