The customer has to hold up their side of the contract but get no help with pests from the company. yeah they retreat like they say (maybe with water cause it doesn't do anything). save your Money go with another company. I'm not usually one to complain, but its been frustrating.

Charged my account for a service while my account was on hold (not paying for said service but still in contract). Called and immediately canceled my contract all together and they wouldn’t even at least provide one more service or try to refund me the money I was charged. Stay away from them.

Working with them has been an absolute nightmare. They do not come when they say they will, overcharge, and argue when you are upset with the service you are provided. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. I recommend everyone report them to the better business bureau.

Worst customer service experience ever! They cancelled my emergency service over the weekend and let me in a house full of wasps that we had to kill ourselves. HUNDREDS of wasps! And then rescheduled me without notifying me. I would never use them again!

They are not to trusted. they've taken advantage of my 85 years old mother implying a service they don't offer. They lie. Refuse any service contract from these guys. They charge an exorbitant cancelation fee of $279. Don't open your door for them and if you do and realize they are from Greenline Pest Solutions send them away. they have an F rating with the BBB in Utah.

This company used my name to get my neighbor to sign up for their service. I don't appreciate it. She has dementia. Now they won't let her out of the contract that she didn't understand. She will be moving soon to a care center and they expect to get paid.

My poor mom have signed up for your services. However, this company is absolutely awful. I am not one to leave reviews but this company is a joke. They won’t cancel her contract but yet they won’t even show up to do the service that they continue to take her money for. She is an elderly widow and is on a tight income. She needs help with the issues outside and in trusted in you to complete the service she pays for you and you guys have yet to show up once!!! She has had 4 appointments scheduled and haven’t shown up once. You guys are beyond ridiculous and I will be looking into the BBB to complain about your lack of service but totally and completely fine to continue to take a widows money.

Going to start the ordeal of canceling them tomorrow. Nothing but issues since started. Have told them countless times what hours I would want so that they can do inside, never happens. Didn’t have any major problems until they started honestly. Hopefully I have better luck than others getting out from their contract.

DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They will say anything to make a sale, even if it’s a blatant lie. I was hesitant to sign up in the first place, because we don’t have a huge “pest” issue. We don’t have any issues inside, and outdoors we have pollinators, which are wonderful, spiders which have a job to do (and why I don’t see other pests), and wasps, which I’m not a fan of for my husband’s sake with his allergy. So the salesman told me they have a “wasp package” where they only spray the eves and knock down wasps nests, and they wouldn’t do a general spraying around the house to kill the rest of the “pests”. Turns out that was b.s. Because even though the first spray they just sprayed the eves, the second time they came while I wasn’t home, and did a general spraying around the entire house and laid traps I didn’t want. Now all of my pollinators are dead. Apparently it wasn’t “in the technician’s notes” this time to not spray around the house. So in all reality there really wasn’t a “wasp package”, just a note on a single treatment. But anything to make the sale, right? Then when I called to cancel, even though the mistakes were 100% on them and it was false-advertising, I still had to pay the $279 cancelation fee. Also the only thing that’s still living on my property are all of the wasps.

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is a scam. They don’t fix your pest problem and they charge a lot of money and lock you into a contract. This is my second service visit. I still have so many bug problems. I have contacted their customer service team and they just brush my concerns off and then move my scheduled visit up to sooner to “fix” the problem. This time the tech was there for like a total of 10 minutes. He didn't address the issues that I had called and talked to 2 different reps about and they said they would pass the info along to the tech doing the service. I also now have a mouse inside my house for the first time in the 2 years I have lived there and I have more spiders than ever. After the first visit they said wait 2 weeks to see results. Two weeks later there were still ants everywhere and I tried calling and texting them and the tech who did my service initially and no response from anyone for weeks. So much for a guarantee of their work! This is a joke.

I am absolutely impessed with Jason. He was very professional.He did a great job He told us and showed us what had been going on with the little varmits that bother us. Since Greenline has started with us the activity of mice has greatly declined. Jason was very nice and we would totally recommend him.
