Their office team kept in touch with me right up to the day of cleaning as well as after. The cleaning team arrived on time and started to work right away. Holy Moly! These ladies were amazing! From our first call inquiring about services to the deep clean of our home, everything was top notch! They took on a 4/3, 2400 sq ft home we’d recently moved into as a rental and it was way overdue for a deep clean. Tabitha and Hayley were literally there from 8:30 AM to almost 5:30 pm and they worked HARD the entire time. They communicated well about any issues or concerns and in general were just so kind and friendly. I want to sing their praises on the internet, but I almost don’t because I don’t anyone to know about this gem of a business so the secret doesn’t get out and they get completely booked up 🤪 which is why we set up monthly cleanings to secure our spot! We have moved a lot and lived in a lot of rental homes and so we’re used a wide variety of cleaning companies. Hands down they were the best and the MOST thorough- on top of just being so darn nice! If you’re looking for a new home cleaning company, just go ahead and stop looking because you’ve found the BEST!

Our house was cleaned by Mai, Dylynn, Hope, and Katelyn, and they did a fantastic job! Our house didn’t need too deep of a clean, but they proved us wrong. Our baseboards have never looked so white and our kitchen appliances are beaming! They were so kind to work with, and we really appreciate their hard work!

The ladies that came were so sweet and understanding. I love that they don't use harsh chemicals as I have cats so that was really important to me. It feels amazing to have a clean house after a deep clean. You don't realize how stuff builds up over time.

I feel like I needed to leave this review for a job well done. I changed cleaning companies a few months ago because of not being pleased with others, I was ready to give up. I stumbled across Mop and Broom and I'm so glad I did. I am well I guess elderly and have some health problems, I started out with the deep cleaning and they did the most fantastic job. I dont believe I have had the same cleaners which is even more impressive that I have been pleased with each and every one of them. In our times now it is so hard to find good people and good service each and every time, so great job HR department. I right now am only getting the monthly maintenance which is also amazing. They are coming Friday and I cant wait. I am having surgery on the 13th and to know that I won't have to worry about cleaning next weekend is truly a blessing and I can recover knowing my house is taken care of. Thank you for your hard work and being a company that I can truly recommend to friends and family is a rarity.

We purchased a home in Texas and it needed a thorough cleaning before we could move in. Thank goodness for The Mop & Broom! They sent in a whole team that went through the house room by room with checklists, gloves, booties and tons of cleaning products. The house was clean, smelled amazing and ready for us to move in.Since then, we have the crew in once a month to complete the Essential Cleaning, a deep clean of the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. It doesn't include a few things, like changing linens and dusting, however we're OK with that. The service keeps our house clean and guest ready.We have a small dog and they keep the carpets and floors so clean, it's like he never sheds.Love the service!
