The team was friendly, patient, and compassionate. They made me feel so comfortable that it didn’t feel like I was at a doctor’s office for something serious, it felt more like I was stopping by for a routine checkup and an IV boost, lol. Even though I walked in feeling really worried about my health, they completely put me at ease. Highly, highly recommend!

l initially came to this office so that I can see an actual primary care physician because I really need one, instead I was directed to a physician assistant but nonetheless, her and the entire staff were nice and helpful. I needed a leave of absence form from work to be filled and they were able to do it for me despite me being a new patient. Max went all above and beyond to ensure that I was assisted and all my needs were met. I'1l definitely be re-booking with them!!My second visit at this office today went extremely well. I came today for an annual physical. Met Dr. Michael Katiraie for the first time and you can tell that he shows a great deal of empathy towards all his patients. He genuinely cares about your well-being, and makes the environment a safe space to voice any concerns. As always, the front desk staff including Max, makes sure people’s needs are accommodated. I also felt comfortable around the other doctor who asked me questions about my medical history. I love the way this office does things: fast, straight-forward, and efficient!

Dr. Katirae is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up with current research. He is empathetic and knows just the right questions to ask. The office runs very smoothly. Appointments are always available, and there’s not much waiting. Highly recommended!
