I recommend this company, the owner told me is not. Just to paint, I have a mobile home and has a lot of screws he sand around every one and clean then primer each one, also he first did a pressure washer, then I was having a mold issues one part of my mH bc in that part is wet and the sun light is not coming there but he explained me the paint is something like washing it self so nothing will be “glue” again and he was right, my son drop some chocolate milk on one part if the wall of the MH I was thinking to clean with some water but I forgot and then same day was raining and guess what no more chocolate milk, I believe in everything what he explained to me about the job, he is super clean in the work, also I hire him to do some stain in the skirt and porch of my MH and again he did a very job he pressure washer all the wood just to take away dirt then put some solution that makes the wood look brand new and then he put all the stain and is waterproof so thanks bc my MH is looking amazing
