Their team worked directly with the revenue agent, provided strong documentation, and showed the returns were prepared correctly. They were able to get the IRS to accept my carryforward losses, and Badran Tax successfully challenged the proposed changes after their detailed review which saved me thousands in penalties and interest that were not supposed to be assessed to me.
