Elena is attentive, responsive, and genuinely accommodating — she administers medications, provides individual feedings on request, and gives dogs ample time to play together. Her care and communication are exceptional, and my two high-energy dogs are visibly excited every time we arrive. An outstanding boarding experience.

I had grooming done for my Cocker spaniel. I didn't ask for any special cut but my gal had lots of tangles and she came back to me in great shape, just as I wanted. I also asked for her teeth to be brushed and glands to be expressed. A tick was also found and removed for which I I was happy. I was also very happy for the cost and the ability to schedule her service online. Happy all around.My second visit I had my 90 pound aussiepoo groomed along with my cocker spaniel. The big boy was also very shaggy but he came back in great shape as did the cocker. They have won me over.

Elena’s Barking Lot is the only place I board or use for day care. I have two bouviers who love Elena’s structure and clear rules. They come home tired but happy. Elena’s Barking Lot is a deal considering the level of care and attention each dog receives. I highly recommend Elena!

Elena’s Dog Grooming is the BEST. My Jack Russell, Sassy, is an irredeemable tomboy and somehow ALWAYS comes to Elena’s with a sticky little face and filthy paws and in a generally deplorable condition, in addition to being petrified of ALL vets and groomers, and after masterfully calming her, Hollie grooms her BEAUTIFULLY every time. Hollie also perfectly grooms my little Yorkie, Goose, who goes in a messy, shaggy mammoth and is returned to me as an adorable, cuddly, CLEAN pooch!!! Goose LOVES going to Hollie!!! Additionally, prices are EXTREMELY reasonable and communication with Elena’s is excellent. I am OVERJOYED to have a kind, efficient, OUTSTANDING groomer in Estes and my dirty little monsters and I could NOT be more pleased!!!
