Wouldn’t recommend. Julio the “DJ” seems nice but is only nice if you let him walk all over you. There was a lot of horrible moments through out the night, some specific examples: we payed for limo service for the birthday girl for 2hrs to drive around with her friends but 2 separate limos broke down and instead were given a small bus with about an hr loss of time, and when it was requested for some form of compensation he was argumentative and refused any refund or compensation for their actions. The bar tender was extremely rude to multiple guests and was constantly stealing alcohol when all the food and alcohol was brought and purchased by us and not the venue. slurs could be heard by the guests from the staff like the house “DJ” (if you can call him that as he could be seen on his phone most of the time playing of off a clear pre recorded loop and refusing requests) calling the family stuff like “Indios” And at the end of the night when we were packing up to take the left over drinks food and Alcohol, the “DJ” came up very aggressively accusing us of stealing a cooler when it was clearly labeled to be our own cooler. This place is very un organized and very disrespectful stay away from it. No lo recomendaría. Julio parece agradable, pero solo lo es si dejas que pase por encima de ti. Hubo muchos momentos horribles a lo largo de la noche, algunos ejemplos específicos: pagamos un servicio de limusina para la cumpleañera por 2 horas para pasear con sus amigas, pero 2 limusinas distintas se descompusieron y en su lugar nos dieron un autobús pequeño con una pérdida de aproximadamente una hora de tiempo, y cuando se solicitó algún tipo de compensación, él se puso argumentativo y se negó a dar cualquier reembolso o compensación por sus acciones. El barman fue extremadamente grosero con varios invitados y estuvo robando alcohol constantemente, cuando toda la comida y el alcohol fueron traídos y comprados por nosotros y no por el establecimiento. Se pudieron escuchar insultos por parte del personal hacia los invitados, como el "DJ" de la casa (si es que se le puede llamar así, ya que se le podía ver en su teléfono la mayor parte del tiempo reproduciendo una pista claramente grabada y rechazando peticiones) llamando a la familia cosas como "indios". Y al final de la noche, cuando estábamos empacando para llevarnos las bebidas, comida y alcohol que habían sobrado, el "DJ" se acercó de manera muy agresiva acusándonos de robar una hielera cuando estaba claramente etiquetada como nuestra. Este lugar es muy desorganizado y muy irrespetuoso, manténganse alejados de él.

We enjoyed the coordinator of this event, but staff in the beginning are super kind and try to help , but once you pay deposit things change, you might see all the 5 stars reviews or almost perfect, but it is all a disguise. We also had issues as other reviews with contract statements some things being covered and some not.As well as staff drinking our alcohol and being rude when we wanted to take back the alcohol after the event ended which again we payed for the alcohol the event does not pay for that all only thing included is the margarita machine.The staff kept taking stuff which again , it is what is it. But being rude about something we payed and not letting us take it back is something else. We are having issues with their limo not working and having to be in one with no air conditioning and another one came , but the point is to enjoy the ride the only ride they had was max an hour and only 30 minutes of actually being outside and enjoying it like walking around, we told them about the situation and are saying we are argumentative and that are too dramatic. The event well well again thanks to Nancy, but I wouldn’t come back to this venue or recommend to close friends/relatives. At first I was happy and went with the good reviews , but with the actual venue staff it just wasn’t it especially Julio, he seems nice and kind and sells you this grand event, but he then changes and becomes really rude and fake ; he LITERALLY called my family Indios which is slang for certain color of Hispanics sadly we ignored that in the event, but he just feels above everyone else. I know that the event center might reply and say all these things , but we wouldn’t leave these kind of reviews if we didn’t care for other people to not get this treatment. He literally told us we look at everything, but if we pay for something why wouldn’t we ask for it. You only end up thinking he is kind if you don’t notice his stuff and how he actually is, I really thought he was actually caring, but if you fight for what you payed for or pay attention then he will be rude and be like why are you paying attention. He was just treating us like if we are poor people saying where we come from. I’m really disappointed in wanting to believe he is nice and cares because of the other reviews. He just wants everyone to stay quiet and do whatever he wants. Which is sad 😔 We are not people that leave reviews until they are actually that bad; we tend to be very calm and be it is what it is, but this place here is not it at all. I’m grateful for Nancy I would 100% recommend her thanks to her kindness and detailed manner event went well, but with Julio being rude to my family is one thing and all they say is that are being to argumentative which again if you pay for something and you don’t get what you work hard for then how is that argumentative? Also we met with other family’s while practicing the dancing part of the event and they also said the same thing they just are shy to speak up about it! They just let them be which again is not fair.

Estoy muy agradecido con Julio y el personal de Dallas event center, el trato y la atención estuvieron perfectos, hicieron la quinceañera de mi hija increíble, mi hija estuvo muy feliz con el resultado y nuestro invitados quedaron encantados con todo. Nos hicieron sentir en familia y los recomiendo mucho, muchísimas gracias por todo🙏🏻

Definitivamente recomendaré este lugar si estás buscando reservar para un evento. Tienen precios razonables, excelente servicio, en general tuve una gran experiencia el día de mi evento. Esta es la segunda vez que reservo con ellos. ¡¡El personal es increíble!!

Do not book any events with this man, he will charge you on top of your deposit and payment to reserve the ballroom. If things don’t go his way he will also aggressively yell at you to demand more money! Save your money for a better more professional venue. This place ain’t it.

Faltando 1 mes para mi boda el salon que había escogido lamentablemente me llama y me dice que por un error de comunicación agendaron doble el mismo dia y ya no lo tendría disponible. Busque y La mayoría de los salones ya estaban agendados para mi fecha. Milagrosamente Dallas Events Center tenia mi fecha disponible y cuando fui a ver el salon me enamore. La atencion que recivimos, la comunicación y la confianza que nos dieron vale mas que todo. Todo estuvo hermoso, a mis invitados les encanto y nosotros quedamos facinados. Valio la pena cada centavo! Very bad customer service. I was scheduled for an appointment to view the venue and no one was there to show me the place. So I then messaged the lady who gave me her number for me to call since I was outside waiting. I called and spoke to her and she was offering me to meet her at Starbucks when I made her aware that the purpose of me scheduling an appointment was to view the venue not to meet her elsewhere. My 40 minute drive to see this space was not worth it. Left very unsatisfied because I didn’t even get to view it she stated that Sundays were very busy for them, but then why schedule appointments when your to busy to be there to show the venue. This is the way my scheduled appt just to view the venue went and I do not want them to be a part of our very special day at all. Seemed very unorganized and even the DJ that was there clearing out his stuff from the venue in the back stated that he was not sure what was going on with these people meaning the “ owners “ because they weren’t there so why schedule appt to view the venue . Do not recommend to anyone this place has the worst service.
