Very pleased with the work he did, & so timely!

Chase was kind and very quick at solving the problem, he had also gave me a heads up when he would be here which was very nice.

It did take 2 trips to figure out the real problem, but it’s understood why it took a second trip, under normal circumstances the first trip would have been it , but we had other issues that didn’t show up until the second trip and the camera
