Extremely professional, fast clean installation I would highly recommend them

My central air unit was outdated and one of the units had a coolant leak. After receiving multiple estimates from various companies, I chose Ned Dumas based on the fact that he had competitive pricing, he was straightforward with the work required, and he explained everything he needed to do in order to replace my unit. In addition, he immediately responded to any and all calls and texts I sent him with questions as I was making my decision on which company to use.I’ve had the unit for a full summer season. With absolutely no issues. Even after the installation was complete, Ned was attentive and was always available to answer any follow-up questions I had.I’ve now had this unit for a full summer season and it works perfectly. When my second unit finally dies and needs to be replaced, I will absolutely us Ned Dumas without hesitation. I can’t recommend him or his crew enough. Top Service / Ned Dumas has been a fantastic support for us throughout 2026. Ned and his team got us out of a heating bind in January, and then through the summer has helped with additional work, including an ejector pump and new combined heating/water system, as we prepared to sell. Easy to contact, very responsive, and competitively priced. We wished we had found him years ago.

Ned is very professional. Our dual inverters were not working. He took the time to find out what exactly was the problem and then gave us multiple options. He completed the work in a single day and now we have excellent ac in our home.He has done a second job, and Noah was great. Very friendly and efficient, and they met all our expectations.
