My mother and father in law bought a motor home from here in august. They picked it up and started their drive back home to qld, got to Wodonga and had to turn around and go back to campbellfeild because the fridge stopped working.They had issues with water supply a week later, and have had numerous issues since that theyve had to spend additional money on, after selling their house and spending 6 figures on this motorhome.Very upsetting.

We worked with Richard to configure the specs for our AWD van. During the production process he kept us up to date on a regular basis and made sure that everything was delivered to standard. The handover was detailed and every little accessory provided, right down to tap fittings, to make sure we had a smooth start in our new vehicle. Booked in to have gas lines etc fitted to our new bus - RV conversion. Job completed quickly on a Saturday morning - tho excuses about unavailability to certify due to their approved gasfitter not being available.Spent balance of week end lining walls where gas lines etc were only to find out the gas supply was not up to code and all had to be replaced. (They fitted 3/8 pipe, not the required 1/2")NOTE; these guys are not allowed to fit or service any gas appliances, they hold NO gas approvals.Refund refused - nearly $1000. (Dated 2012).Issue was brought to their attention when discovered in defiance of claims by owner that it was a decade later.Unfortunately the walls etc had been closed in resulting in thousands of dollars in reconstruction costs.

Over the years I have bought 2 motor homes from Robert'sRVWorld and sold 1 back to them. These transactions were hassle free and the staff wonderful to deal with. I sizeable collection of RVs both new and used displayed undercover. There is a service area to the side of the main building. Pricing was clearly displayed and most vehicles were open for inspection. I was on general scouting mission to see if living in an RV could be my thing. If I was buying I might not be happy that there only appeared to be one salesman present. He was attending to a potential buyer but at least acknowled my presence. If you're looking for an RV this business is worth considering. They've certainly been around a long time.
