Very conveniently located, small, cozy and quiet relaxation experience. Individual infrared saunas and ice baths followed by compression therapy had my whole body releasing it's tension. I came for a free session and loved my experience, signing up to a membership on the spot. As a bonus I get 1 free guest pass a week so I can bring my best friend for a weekly catch up. Already booked in my next 3 sessions.

Tried these guys out for the first time today, and holy crap it was amazing.I walked in feeling foggy, and restless, but some alternating between the sauna and the ice bath, Ieft feeling reinvigorated and ready for the rest of the day. The mental clarity helped me finish a huge project I had been stuck at work.The staff member really knew his stuff, I told him what was up, and he recommended a session that did exactly what I needed.I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.Give it a go, you will love the results.

I had the best time here today. Bailey is amazing and so helpful. The products are super clean and you can instantly feel your body recovering as you work through the wellness rooms. The experience is so great I can’t wait to come back again soon! You need to sign up for a membership here you won’t regret it!

Best place in Brisbane for infared sauna and ice bath therapy. Normatac leg compression and massage guns as well are great with Netflix or sport on the tv and Compex tense machines.Great staff who really look after you. It's the best price I've found with all these services.

Love coming for my sessions at Aura.Great value for money - I am on a membership and Bailey and Co. Are always friendly, welcoming and happy to help out where needed.The cold plunge pools are seriously cold and the ability to go between them and the sauna for contrast therapy allows for really good recovery.Highly recommend this business!
