We hired Premier Roofing to replace the tile roof on our recently purchased house. We diligently researched local companies and chose Premier because of their excellent reviews, as well as the feeling of confidence that was inspired in us by Bryant Hayes, the representative who handled all the details of our case, as well as the owner, Brandon, who took the trouble to come and meet with us personally to discuss some of our concerns about the project. We were blown away by the spectacular appearance of our beautiful new roof. We hear nothing but compliments from neighbors and friends. There were a few hiccups along the way, and each one was addressed without hesitation by the company to an effective resolution. This company demonstrated excellent customer service, and Bryant Hayes always promptly responded to me. All of my calls or texts were answered the same day. Premier demonstrated a strong commitment to me as the customer and worked tirelessly to attend to every detail. They were committed to protecting our property from collateral damage and addressed any promptly and thoroughly. We had an issue afterwards related to the interface between pool screen and gutter and the new roof. This necessitated a complex multidisciplinary solution between Premier and another company that built our pool screen and gutter. Brandon, the owner, was faithful in his commitment to us and made sure everything was handled to our satisfaction. I am grateful for the beautiful new roof, the excellent customer service we were shown, and for their attention to detail. I felt that any concerns I voiced were addressed graciously, and I was never made to feel as if I was bothering them. We are very grateful that we chose Premier Roofing for our project.

Joseph came to inspect an ongoing leak I have in my home that occurs when raining with strong winds. We spent at least an hour going through different parts of my home, spraying different areas of the roof and siding trying to replicate the issue. He went above and beyond trying to help me figure out the cause of the leak even though I may not have been able to utilize his services. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and was very straightforward and direct. Customer service is above other companies I've worked with.Edit: I decided to go with the company through my insurance as a claim and was able to get my roof replaced due to water intrusion. I had random leaks throughout the years coming along the roof line and reached out to the company during theses issues. One person with the company was very transparent that they should have done something with the flashing when they redid my roof however the company did not when i reached out to the owner. They sent a new person out to glue shingles down stating that was the issue even with what was said by a previous employee. When i mentioned a few times during production and after regarding concerns about the flashing needing to be updated, I was told by the owner it was something that had to be replaced by a siding company although it went under the shingles and along the roof line. I eventually reached out to the city and a few roofing companies and was told this should have never passed inspection and would have been apart of a roofing job and advised to a siding company to finish the siding portion. I now have a new roofing company replacing these portions of my roof due to the severity of the rusted flashing that was never replaced.
