I had my 6 month cleaning done by Jose this morning and he did an excellent job. I was very pleased. Unfortunately the cost of everything has gone up including the cost of going to the dentist. It makes it hard for those of us on a fixed income to keep up, but if they do good work in helping you maintain your dental health a good dentist and supporting staff is worth the price.Thanks Jose and the Meridian Dental staff.

Very disappointing customer service. I had an appointment for a deep cleaning and filling, but I was never informed beforehand that the visit would take 2.5-3 hours. Since I only had 2 hours available, I asked to proceed with just the cleaning. After the appointment, the front desk tried to charge me a $75 cancellation fee for the filling, even though I showed up and only changed the service because of the unexpected time. It felt like they cared more about charging fees than understanding the situation.
