We had our windows installed yesterday by Legacy Windows and had such a great experience from start to finish. The installers were very professional, respectful, and thorough. Got the job of 19 windows done in 5 hours. Before they left, they walked through everything with me to make sure it all looked good and explained all the details about the windows and the warranty.Their customer service has been amazing too. They were easy to reach, answered questions quickly, and made the whole process stress-free.I was also really impressed with how well they cleaned up afterward — honestly cleaner than it was before! You can tell they really care about their work and their customers.Definitely a 5-star company for windows. I only wish we would’ve done it sooner!

Our windows were over 20 years old and desperately needed to be replaced. We’re so glad that we chose Legacy Windows to do the job. They replaced 9 of our windows including two bathroom windows and a laundry room window. We decided to go with black, to give us a more modern look against the brick. I love how functional they are and how most of them are removable from the inside for easy cleaning. The entire staff was extremely friendly, from the door knocker to the installers. Everything was cleaned up upon completion, too. Immediately our house felt more comfortable and our heater doesn’t kick on as often. I have a feeling we’ll see improvements in our energy efficiency, too!

I highly recommend working with Legacy Windows. The process was actually extremely easy from arranging for the pricing estimate, arranging times for window measuring and the install date, which was quicker than the estimator thought. Also they answered any questions I had on what to expect for installation. I’m glad of recommendation to handle it like a construction site, so I removed all of my fragile home decor in advance.Working with Gustavo’s crew for the installation was super easy. They exceeded my expectations. They showed up on time and completed the nine windows within three hours. They were super efficient. It was super interesting watching them have to break the glass and rip out the metal frames on the old windows. Once the new frames and windows were installed, they cleaned up, swept and vacuumed the whole area even the back patio. They treated my property with respect.It’s comforting to work with a reliable company like Legacy Windows, and its employees like Kevin, R.C., and Gustavo’s crew. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.
