Our experience with Legacy Windows has been great. The installation went well. Specifically, we had two windows that we were concerned with. The first was a garden window to be replaced. We didn’t want the frame or surrounding trim work damaged. The installers did a magnificent job. Although not the best, a couple of pics are attached. The other replacement was a basement window that appeared to be a very difficult install. Again, Daniel, Matias and Jefferson did spectacular work.As far as the overall project, RC as well as the aforementioned crew answered our questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. Already we’ve noticed what seem to be good thermal and noise improvements. And they really look good. Great work, gentlemen.

Our whole experience with Legacy Windows was great. They were respectful, clean and quick. We had 12 windows installed and they were done in about 5 hours. We highly recommend them.

We love our new widows Legacy widows did a amazing job from start to finish communication was amazing as well.Our original widows we're from the 80s and we had multiple quotes from othe contractors and they all wanted to take out our bay widow in the dinning room Legacy worked with us to keep the bay window and the original wood around the window would highly recommend!!Thanks Legacy widows

We had our windows installed yesterday by Legacy Windows and had such a great experience from start to finish. The installers were very professional, respectful, and thorough. Got the job of 19 windows done in 5 hours. Before they left, they walked through everything with me to make sure it all looked good and explained all the details about the windows and the warranty.Their customer service has been amazing too. They were easy to reach, answered questions quickly, and made the whole process stress-free.I was also really impressed with how well they cleaned up afterward — honestly cleaner than it was before! You can tell they really care about their work and their customers.Definitely a 5-star company for windows. I only wish we would’ve done it sooner!

Our windows were over 20 years old and desperately needed to be replaced. We’re so glad that we chose Legacy Windows to do the job. They replaced 9 of our windows including two bathroom windows and a laundry room window. We decided to go with black, to give us a more modern look against the brick. I love how functional they are and how most of them are removable from the inside for easy cleaning. The entire staff was extremely friendly, from the door knocker to the installers. Everything was cleaned up upon completion, too. Immediately our house felt more comfortable and our heater doesn’t kick on as often. I have a feeling we’ll see improvements in our energy efficiency, too!
