Curves Jamison is more than a gym. It is a community of like-minded people supporting and encouraging each other. My day begins with my Curves workout which invigorates me and makes me feel enthusiastic and empowered for what the day brings. Since joining Curves I feel like each day begins with a purpose, flows with meaning and ends with satisfaction. As I have told my trainers, Curves Jamison has transformed my life in retirement and I am very glad I joined, encouraged by my sister who has completed over 2000 workouts. I have her inspiration to follow!

I joined Curves Belconnen in 2008. Since then I have achieved lots of milestones which has only been possible through the support and encouragement of Anita and her wonderful staff. Curves is such a happy and inspiring gym - a wonderful place to workout. Along the way I have made some wonderful gym friends. Anita, you and your staff have made special efforts to maintain our fitness, health and motivation in the lockdowns of 2020 and 2021 with many online classes. I have really appreciated this. Curves Jamison staff and fellow members are always helpful and supportive. I encourage everyone to join. My regular visits have keep me fit and healthy. Tomorrow I will celebrate my 3,500 attendance. So glad I joined Curves Jamison I needed to do some exercise and have found the coaches and the circuit wonderful. It’s also great because it is only 30 minutes so easy to fit in your day.

I was one of those people who was "never going to join a gym". I recently told one of the Trainers that coming to Curves Jamison has "transformed my life". I truly thought I would never, ever enjoy going to the gym but now I really look forward to my sessions at Curves.

The circuit is easy and fun to do, yet you can still get a sweat up. Friendly welcoming staff who are keen to help make sure you’re doing everything correctly and safely. Love the Evolt scan for getting a useful baseline from which to improve.

I just started the Curves Jamison about three weeks ago, I feel it is too early yet for me to make a thoughtful or useful comment. Curves is conveniently close (12 minutes walk) from home. And I can be at the gym at any time. The instructors are very helpful.

This is my second time round at Curves Jamison. The first time was wonderful but I had to leave for reasons unrelated to the gym. But now I am back and the gym is as welcome and non-intrusive or ‘in your face’ as you want it to be. Often I just want to get in there, get the work out done and get out - and they let me, while supporting me without badgering. Magic really! And I love that atmosphere - I’m looking forward to getting fitter and stronger than ever!

Joining curves is the best thing that I have done for myself. I have also just started dietflex. The support that I have been getting from Anita, Nicki and team has been amazing. Curves in Jamison is a great gym for women unlike any other. It’s a super fast and effective workout. The staff and members are really welcoming and friendly. There are coach led circuits and classes so you don’t need to think about what to do. After just one week I feel stronger! I highly recommend it for busy women!
